Classic Computers operates under a strict “No Return” policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. However, we might consider returning/exchanging products under exceptional circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept return and refund requests in the following situations:
- The product supplied by us is in a damaged state.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is in a non-functional or dead condition.
- The product is defective.
Buyers are kindly requested to inform us of any such issues within three days of delivery (for all products). You can bring these concerns to our attention by contacting our support team.
Product Seals
If you open the seal of a product that is not faulty, return/refund requests will not be applicable.
Missing Parts or Accessories
Return/refund requests will be canceled unless any accessory or accompaniment is added to the product box.
Packaging Material
We kindly request buyers retain the packaging material until the return window opens. It ensures the safe return of the product in its original condition and minimizes the risk of damage during transit.
Proper Packaging
When returning a product, please pack it as it was received. Do not apply tapes or glues directly to the product or its box, as this may result in the cancellation of your return request.
Returning Accessories
All accessories that were delivered with the product should also be returned along with the product itself.
Refund Process
If the payment was made through our payment gateway, the refund will be credited to the same account used for the cost. Refunds will be processed to the buyer’s bank account for BANK TRANSFER orders. Please allow 7-10 working days for refunds to reflect in your account.
